Easily accessible from the main roads Malabar and Babcock located in the shopping center on the corner and not far from exit 173 of I-95 Plenty of free parking including for handicap accessible vehicles, staff is super friendly and very accommodating. They also are adhering to all COVID GUIDELINES and always respond to my calls and emails. Looking for a good insurance brokers give them a call.

The ABSOLUTE BEST insurance experience I have ever been through. Probably the best customer service experience I've had with anything...Amy handled my home, my business and my car insurance all in one bundle, she explained everything in thorough detail. She takes her time to explain and answer every one of my questions and explains the always changing insurance laws, etc... Her patience is unparalleled to anything I've experienced. I recommend her and Chris to all my partners, friends, employees, EVERYBODY!! She doesn't pressure you or try to urge you to get their policies. If they can't get you a cheaper policy, or protect you at a cheaper rate they will honestly urge you to keep your current policy or tell you all the pros and cons of your existing policy so you can make an educated decision. If you don't have insurance they will help guide you to what meets your needs the best. I rarely leave reviews, but Amy and Chris truly deserve it. You are in great hands with them I promise. I sleep better at night knowing I have Advanced Insurance on my side. You will to. Thank you Amy and Chris, I truly appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

Highly recommend this office. Amy is stellar. So competent, customer focused, patient and honest. Been doing business with her for over 14 years through all house moves and vehicle replacements. Always goes the extra mile to research and ensure the coverage and premiums are the best for our needs. No pressure. She provides the options. Answers all questions with her expertise to ensure we make the best decision. She doesn't forget you. Even after all these years of working with her, she still reviews our policies when it's time to renew to ensure we have the best premiums out there for our needs.
